Hochspannungsdioden, der VDRM-Serie, bekannt zu geben.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die VDRM-Serie ist eine axial gef\u00fchrte Hochspannungsdiodenreihe, die Industriestandardleistung und hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit bietet. Die VDRM-Einheiten reichen von 2,5 bis 16kV, 50 bis 125mA und haben eine maximale R\u00fcckstromerholungszeit von 200nS. Die AEQ-Serie optimiert die Leistungsumwandlung in einem breiten Spektrum von Anwendungen in den Bereichen Medizin, Biowissenschaften, Industrie und Halbleitertechnik.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Ger\u00e4te der AEQ-Serie liefern bis zu 600 VDC bei 0,5 W Ausgangsleistung aus einer Eingangsspannung von +5 VDC und bieten im Vergleich zu anderen DC\/DC-Wandlern mit kleinem Formfaktor mehrere Vorteile.  So ist beispielsweise die Isolation zwischen Eingang und Ausgang mit 1500 VDC dreimal h\u00f6her als bei der Konkurrenz. Beteiligt sind zwei Universit\u00e4ten in Verbindung mit zwei Industriepartnern, von denen einer die HVP High Voltage Products GmbH ist.
