Buchhaltungsvorg\u00e4ngen \u2013auch in Fremdw\u00e4hrungen-, wie z.B. Eingangsrechnungen, alle \nBankbewegungen<\/li><li>Regular transfer of outgoing invoices and master data from the merchandise management system to financial accounting financial accounting<\/li><li>Bearbeitung und Durchf\u00fchrung des Mahnwesen<\/li><li>Erstellen der Reisekosten-, Kreditkartenabrechnungen, sowie f\u00fchren der Kasse und deren Verbuchungen<\/li><li>Erstellen des monatlichen Reports f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung, sowie diverse Controllingauswertungen<\/li><li>ZM Meldungen und UST Voranmeldungen<\/li><li>Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses f\u00fcr unseren Steuerberater<\/li><li>F\u00fchren der Personalakten, sowie monatliche Meldung der Gehaltsdaten an den Steuerberater<\/li><li>Unterst\u00fctzung der Kollegen\/-innen bei steuerlichen Themen und die \u201eSchnittstelle\u201c zu unserem Steuerberater<\/li><li>Verwaltung der Vertrags- und Versicherungsunterlagen<\/li><li>Projektunterst\u00fctzung bei Automatisierungsthemen in den Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufen<\/li><li>Vertraute(-r) Ansprechpartner(in) der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung<\/li><\/ul><div data-canvas-width=\"54.8\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-canvas-width=\"54.8\">Ihr Profil:<\/div><ul><li>Abgeschlossene Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung zum\/-r Steuerfachangestellten, Finanzbuchhalter\/-in,   \nBilanzbuchhalter\/-in oder eine vergleichbare kaufm\u00e4nnische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung mit \nentsprechender Berufserfahrung<\/li><li>Erfahrung in Exportabl\u00e4ufen und deren steuerliche Abwicklung<\/li><li>Selbst\u00e4ndige, zuverl\u00e4ssige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise<\/li><li>Fundierte Kenntnisse in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point und einschl\u00e4gige ERP-Systems.
