TDI-series cold cathode thyratrons.
TDI-series high power thyratrons (patented in Russia and USA) with arc-discharge in copper electrode vapours are intended for switching of capacitive storage with microsecond pulse duration.
The tubes have metal ceramic envelope and filled with hydrogen at 20-60 Pa.

SPARK GAPS
We offer a range of two- and three-electrode gas-filled spark gaps (signified correspondingly as R and RU) with DC hold-off voltages from 0.8 kV to 150 kV.
The spark gaps applications include medical lithotripsy, crowbar circuits, high di/dt switches for laser firing and high energy switches.
The tubes do not contain any toxic and radioactive substances. Mounting position - any. Cooling – natural.
